Industrial TFT LCD And Touch Screens
You may already have seen that without really knowing what it means but more and more screens are at home or when used for industrial TFT LCD. It actually means thin film transistor liquid crystal display. Those new generation screens are made with a thin film transistor to enhance the image quality.
This technology is now used on televisions sets but also on computer screens, mobile phones, industrial LCD display and so on.

STN actually stands for super twisted nematic and is a type of monochrome passive matrix Liquid Crystal Display. It is actually much better than a twisted nematic display and requires less power and less money to manufacture. One of the only problem encountered is that the image quality is lower than a TFT LCD display.
All those screens can now also be used as industrial touch screens or domestic touch screens. Understanding client’s requirement is vital, especially in the industrial market place where the needs can vary a lot. It is also very important to buy or develop proper software that will help run the industrial touch screens.
All those products are used in the everyday life of million of people who probably do not even know it. The progresses made in technology really have allowed those screens to be widely developed around the world at a good price. And that is why industrial LCD monitors are found in places like a train station, a library or even a shopping centre.
