Z Series Hand Held Flir Thermal Infrared Imaging Camera
The new Z series compact handheld thermal FLIR infrared Imaging camera is compact & rugged imaging system which is ideal for law enforcement, security and Surveillance applications. The system offers real-time thermal imagery displayed on the built in adjustable eyepiece viewfinder. The detectors efficient digital DSP technology offers 2x E-Zoom for increased detection range & fantastic sensitivity. Standard AA batteries power the weatherproof Z series system for 6 hours continuous.
It has brilliant features which include Real-time high quality thermal infrared FLIR imagery, Inverted imaging includes white hot and black hot polarity, and hand held compact design with long battery lifespan, real-time temperature measurement for additional scene situational awareness, fully adjustable diopter eyepiece viewfinder. Sealed hardened Germanium LR F1 optics with 2x Digital E-zoom for increased range RS170 Video output for live or still thermal infrared image acquisition

The ThermaSnap operates much like a digital camera and captures crisp thermal images with fully calibrated temperature measurement. This handheld, infrared imaging radiometer displays IR images in color on a 4-inch LCD display on the back of the system. Limited supply of pre-owned 520’s, offer the best value in radiometric imaging systems. The color scale on the right is calibrated to the image making this unit a fully radiometric imaging solution.
Within the camera you can move the cross hair to any position to get spot temperature readings. The dimensions of this device are 9 inches long, 5 inches high and 4 inches deep. It weighs about 4.5 lbs. the menu options are Emissive, background temperature, temperature units, color palette (grey scale, iron bow, red, hot. It has a high resolution TFT active matrix, 4″ display. It has an Onboard selectable PAL / NTSC. It has PCMCIA pc card 32 Mb ATA Flash / 128 MB optional image storage. The image can be acquired in 1.5 seconds. It has a detector, Thermoelectric Uncooled with Sensitivity of 0.1°C. The warm up time is less than 15 seconds. It has got Germanium (Gm) 20mm, f/0.8 lens. The focus range is 10″ to infinity, and the filed of view is 17.5 deg (with standard 20mm lens). The measurement range is 0 to 350c (Standard), also available custom calibration from -50c up to 650c.
